A very early harvest of the finest tender buds, produced completely by hand and the least processed of all kinds of tea. The silvery thin buds give fresh notes of lilies, melon and dry white wine. The taste is extremely bright and refreshing and the tea can handle many brewings, often best on its second brew.
Brewing Instructions: Use 1 1/2 teaspoons for 12 oz of water heated no higher than 180F/80C. Steep 3 to 5 minutes.
