How do I place an order?



It's easy! Simply browse our products in the menu bar, when you have found something you'd like to purchase add it to your cart. When you're ready to check out click the green bag, located in the top right hand side of your screen. It will take you to the page where you can securely place your order.

Returns & refunds



Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with any item purchased at Greentreecoffee.com, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. Please note that products that have been used may be returned for store credit or a partial refund only. We work very hard to ensure customer satisfaction. We are happy to state we have had very little merchandise returned. We do our best to clearly photograph and accurately describe each item so nothing is misrepresented. We want you to feel confident doing business with Green Tree Coffee & Tea. Products damaged during transit: To ensure customer satisfaction, all products are visually inspected prior to transfer to our shipping carrier. All orders /shipments are properly packaged and insured for delivery by UPS to your provided shipping address. Please inspect your package when you receive it from the carrier. All claims for damages and shortages must be made within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Box Damage: If you notice any apparent damages to the outer carton (i.e. gashes in the box, box severely crushed, internal packaging, such as peanuts leaking), please alert the driver / carrier and make a damage notation with your signature. If you notice any concealed damages from shipping, please call  UPS at 1800-742-5877 to start a claim. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, peanuts, etc...) as an inspector will need to inspect the package. You can also reach out to Green Tree directly at 1877-338-0040
