Completely different filters are required for brewing tea (vs. coffee), due to the delicate nature of the tea itself. This means that production and processing require very high technical standards, since the filter paper is considerably lighter and finer than the type used for coffee. T-sac's tea filter paper is made from wood cellulose and cellulose from Manila fiber. Only the finest fibers are selected from the Philippines and Ecuador to ensure an extremely high strength of paper. The fine, porous paper is then examined by a computer to guarantee quality.

Products damaged during transit: To ensure customer satisfaction, all products are visually inspected prior to transfer to our shipping carrier. All orders /shipments are properly packaged and insured for delivery by FedEx to your provided shipping address. Please inspect your package when you receive it from the carrier. All claims for damages and shortages must be made within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Box Damage: If you notice any apparent damages to the outer carton (i.e. gashes in the box, box severely crushed, internal packaging, such as peanuts leaking), please alert the driver / carrier and make a damage notation with your signature. Concealed Damages for FedEx : If you notice any concealed damages from shipping, please call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800-463-3339 to obtain a control number for your claim, then complete a printed copy of the claim form. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, peanuts, etc...) as an inspector will need to inspect the package.
